Amazon Tool Repair is not a big box store where you get lost in the shuffle. So the buck stops at the front counter. ATR is a privately owned and operated commercial and domestic tool repair shop.

John Kielley is the owner/operator and with his staff of dedicated professionals, offers over 30 years of hands on technical and practical experience in the field. 

Location

We are located in the east end of St. John's, Newfoundland, just south of Canadian Tire at the corner of Elizabeth Avenue and New Cove Rd. 

From the Outer Ring Rd, exit Portugal Cove Rd South and drive straight for approx 3 Km (just after the Fire Station, road will fork...stay left). We are about 300m past the Elizabeth Ave intersection. See the Location tab for more details.

The Service

We are a tool repair shop that services small gas engines, cordless, air and electric commercial and domestic tools. We also are a retailer of new and factory refurbished  tools. We are a certified warranty service centre for: Dewalt, Delta, Porter-Cable, Hitachi, Stanley-Bostich, Paslode, Prime, Metabo, Milwaukee, Yardworks, Devilbiss, Mastercraft and Black and Decker and more.

What is Factory Refurbished?

The refurbished tools we sell have been, in  most cases, returned to the factory from  major retailers. There, the tool is inspected, corrected, tested and distributed to shops like ours.  We offer the manufacturer's factory warranty and our own in-house extended warranty on most tools.

We also can pick up and deliver with enough notice, for minimal cost within St. John's city limits.
Arrangements can be made for pick up and delivery for outside St. John's. We also offer on-site repairs when required.
